@MResearchacc @ShapeshifterHa1 @jelogui83@SKMorefield there's been well over 500k deaths in the US from covid. how can you be so heartless? i don't understand why some people refuse to accept facts. i don't have anymore time to argue. i have to study for a chemistry exam because some of us believe in science and want to be educated.
@MResearchacc@jelogui83@SKMorefield i'm interested in seeing the evidence that shows that masks impair breathing. all the evidence I've seen shows that is not the case. Here's some sources:

@jelogui83@SKMorefield that's hilarious because if everyone would wear a mask, people would be able to go back to work with minimal risk of covid, and businesses would have been able to reopen sooner if covid rates were lower, which they would be if everyone would wear a goddamn mask. it's not hard.
@shyunodoslucky@SKMorefield it's not your own decision because it doesn't just affect you. you not wearing a mask puts everyone near you at risk. if you don't want to wear a mask, don't go out in public during a pandemic or stay outside 6 feet away from anyone. wearing a mask is not that difficult.
@ConsiderThis1@SKMorefield lmao what kind of bullshit is this?? someone else wearing a mask makes you uncomfortable? imagine being the person who has to be near you, someone who apparently doesn't believe in science, not wearing a mask.
@Chicago1Ray@JackPosobiec in the 2020 presidential election, 74.4% of Cook County voted for Biden. only 24% voted for Trump. Chicago is going to be very blue, regardless of how it's split it up. The suburbs are getting more blue too, and the vast majority of the state's population is in the Chicago area.
@Chicago1Ray@JackPosobiec what the hell are you talking about? as of 2019, the 13 democratic reps represented 9,211,579 people total, and the 5 Republican reps represented 3,460,242 people total. therefore, the average number of people represented per democrat is 708,583, and 692,048.4 per Republican.
@olgamorillo1@JackPosobiec but now georgia republicans are trying to prevent that from ever happening in the future by passing laws that are 100% undeniably voter suppression.
@harlowBEATRICE@JackPosobiec hmmm maybe because one of the founding ideals of our fucking country was representation in government? just a thought. also, DC has a larger population than Wyoming btw. But i guess it's fair if it benefits the Republicans?
