@virginmedia I've been cutoff twice now trying to get some customer service via phone. I've now switched to online chat, which advised me to move to WhatsApp. My question now being ignored. Why do you offer "contact us" hours on your website if you are not going to service them?

@virginmedia Got through eventually. Been on an hour with various agents, bouncing me around. All I wanted was a call breakdown. My subsequent request to issue notice of cancellation of my contract has been repeatedly dodged. As has my Subject Access Request for data. Shameful.

Can’t believe conversation I had today with a major broadband provider. On questioning why there were no ‘downgrade’ options in the account area in their website, only upgrade options, and having to call to downgrade. At first they gave me some tosh, but I asked them to be honest

Bought a new cooker after our 30+ years old one died. New cooker has a digital display. I’m a bit underwhelmed - the display is a clock, I’d expect it to show the exact temperature in the oven. What’s the clock for? Who needs a bloomin clock on an oven?! #NoProgress #GasMarkRules

@magicroundabout I feel old man rage. Read loads of reviews saying gas hobs are rubbish. My old one was fine. The reason they are now rubbish is they simply don’t blast as much gas anymore! Same when I replaced the dishwasher, they doesn’t even use properly hot water these days.
