Shabana Mahmood, the UK Home Secretary responsible for our borders, migration policy and national security, has just delivered one of the most divisive and contemptuous statements imaginable.
She openly declared that “the people you see holding the English flag are mostly white EDL bad people.”
Let that sink in.
The senior government minister charged with protecting Britain has smeared millions of ordinary English men and women – the very people who built this country, fought for it, and still wave the flag of St George with pride – as “bad people” simply for showing love for their own nation. Not criminals. Not rioters. Just everyday Brits displaying the Cross of St George at rallies, football matches or local events.
This isn’t a slip of the tongue. This is a senior Labour figure in one of the most powerful jobs in government openly demonising native British identity while overseeing the very policies that are changing the country beyond recognition. At a time when grooming gangs, knife crime, small-boat invasions and parallel societies dominate the headlines, our Home Secretary’s priority is to brand flag-waving Englishmen and women as the real problem.
The message couldn’t be clearer: patriotism from the indigenous population is now treated as extremism, while mass migration and cultural replacement are defended at all costs. Two-tier everything – two-tier policing, two-tier justice, and now two-tier patriotism. If you’re English and proud, you’re the threat. If you’re part of the imported communities she clearly favours, you get a free pass.
This level of contempt from the very top of government is dangerous and unforgivable. Britain belongs to the British first and foremost. The English flag isn’t a symbol of hate – it’s our heritage, our identity, our right. Shabana Mahmood’s remarks expose exactly why trust in this government has collapsed and why so many are demanding real change.
The British people are done being lectured and smeared in their own country. Time to put Britain and British identity first again before it’s too late. Enough is enough. 🇬🇧

Care home worker and sick peado David Jones, 53, has been jailed for 15 years after filming himself sexually abusing two elderly women with dementia, one completely non-verbal and the other lacking any capacity to consent.

Jones repeatedly locked himself inside the vulnerable residents’ rooms at a Kent care home, carried out the attacks and recorded the footage on his phone for his own gratification.

A horrified colleague walked in and caught him with his trousers down, triggering the police investigation that uncovered the full scale of his crimes, including indecent images of children.

Families had raised repeated alarms about bruising, broken bones and sudden deterioration in their loved ones, but care home bosses dismissed the concerns as “just dementia.”

Judge Simon James at Canterbury Crown Court described the offences as “about as abhorrent a breach of trust as it is possible to imagine.”

Jones pleaded guilty to two counts of sexual activity with a person with a mental disorder impeding choice, sexual activity by a care worker, and possession of indecent images of children.

He must serve at least 10 years before parole can even be considered.

Husband, 50, jailed for 26 years after pouring boiling oil over wife's head and branding her face with red-hot skillet while she made him an omelette

Raju Mollah attacked his wife Mrs Mumtaz at their home in Small Heath, Birmingham, on January 12 2025 after asking her to cook him an omelette.

He heated oil in a frying pan, then grabbed her hair and poured the burning hot oil over her head and face while she turned away to wash a utensil.

Mollah then struck her repeatedly with the frying pan and a metal frame from the gas cooker, rammed a red-hot skillet onto her face to brand her skin, banged her head against hard surfaces, shoved a mop into her face and stamped on her head multiple times.

She suffered horrific burns, a fractured nose, missing teeth and permanent disfigurement but survived the unprovoked assault.

Birmingham Crown Court convicted him of attempted murder and he was jailed for 26 years with an indefinite restraining order.

A 21 year old student decided to walk from home a birthday party in Glasgow in February 2025.

Mohamed Mageed saw her and started to talk to her as she walked home. He was asking where she was going and what she had been doing.

She fabricated having a boyfriend so he would leave her alone and started to walk more quickly, crossing the road. He fell behind but when she opened her front door he barged in behind her and knocked her to the ground.

Mageed then proceeded to rape her.

She screamed and fought and a neighbour heard and disturbed him, so he fled.

Who is Mohand Mageed?

He is a 26 year old refugee from Syria, who left his wife in the country and had not seen her since 2023. He was staying at the Alexander Thompson Hotel for the homeless and was granted leave to remain in the UK 6 months before the attack.

He has now been found guilty of the rape and jailed for 8 years and put on the sex offenders’ list.

The Judge said: “Your risk of further sexual offending is assessed to be above average.”

And yet, in just a few years he will be out wandering the streets of Scotland again.

An Ex police officer has been charged with serious assault after making a citizen’s arrest on an alleged shoplifter as he tried to flee with £450 of Nike goods.

Lorne Castle restrained the suspect and held him on the floor for 15 minutes while waiting for his former police colleagues to arrive and arrest him.

A picture appeared to show him straddling Daniel Meyrick and pinning his arms behind his back.

Castle, 47, has now been charged with grievous bodily harm after Meyrick was left with a fractured leg in the struggle.

The ex-PC had been controversially dismissed from Dorset police last year for aggressively tackling a knife-wielding teenager and making him feel “frightened and intimidated”

A Pakistani Rapist who loitered outside a gym before kidnapping a lone woman at knifepoint has been jailed.
Arselaan Nawaz, 17, had cycled to the car park in Oldham at around 6.30am and waited until the woman arrived in her car. He was seen on CCTV ‘loitering’ around the area as she parked further away from the entrance to the gym.
Due to the time of day she was alone as she got out of the car. Nawaz approached her and told her to hand over the keys to her car whilst brandishing a knife, Minshull Street Crown Court heard.
He then ordered her into the backseat as she pleaded with him to let her go. He told her he would ‘kill her’ if she shouted or tried to run. He drove them to an industrial estate before getting into the back seat of the car where he ‘kissed’ her.
Summarising the case, the presiding judge said Nawaz left the woman with a bruise to her neck before ordering her to remove her clothes and putting on a condom.
Nawaz then raped the woman as she wept, telling her to ���shut up and stop crying”. After the attack he demanded her mobile phone, and used her sock to clean the interior of the car.
He then ‘arrogantly’ kissed her before leaving with her phone. He was later arrested, and found to have put his SIM card into her phone.
2024 The 17-year-old was convicted of rape and possession of a knife following a trial.
