After going on live chat again to someone totally different I was told the traders would send an email with a response after checking my query,, no email just funds of £250 back in my account. No apology or explanation. Shocking 1st response

@Betfred just be aware anyone with a Betfred account. My account was deducted £250 during the night. I had to use live chat which took 1hr to be told Betfred had made an error of some winning bets and had to retract the winnings. I checked my 7 day history. It was bollocks.
