So just a tip for everyone: even if you only want printed photos, always take a new photo and ask for the digital copy at the same time. Otherwise, if you go back later asking only for the digital version, they’ll charge you again at full price.

This whole issue could have been avoided if the staff had simply clarified that old photos may not work for official travel documents before printing them.

They encouraged us to print an old photo but later when we needed a new digital photo for a travel application, they wanted another 50rf on top of the 60rf already paid. Instead of helping, they strictly followed “policy” without trying to do the right thing for the customer.

Just a warning for anyone using FDI prints for official applications. Their photo prices are already expensive — 60rf for hard copy and 50rf for digital. But what’s worse is how they handle honest mistakes..

However, each time the workers come, they cut it, complete their work, and leave it unsecured. This raises a safety concern, who will be responsible if an incident occurs? @hdcmaldives
