Baltus

Corrupting the youth with violent arcade games.

[Baltus @b4ltus]

@oldyzach Played this in the elder days, but the real, most serious amount of hours I sank into this when Pirates Gold came out (on PC).

[Baltus @b4ltus]

@oldyzach I often think about Stunts when I see kids complaining about the frame rate of a modern video game 😂

[Baltus @b4ltus]

@oldyzach Sad thing for a man to admit, but it's true: I've never played this one.

[Baltus @b4ltus]

@oldyzach The good old non-aligned body cuts 😂

[Baltus @b4ltus]

@MrAwolf In all honesty.. considering what happened "back then" in 2004 this whole affair is one needle that I'm keeping specifically out of my arm 😭

[Baltus @b4ltus]

@oldyzach One of the (few) games I fully completed back then, with all 200something missions, and have never touched since. I wanted to preserve the pristine memory.

[Baltus @b4ltus]

@Gypopothomas @AwesEmz The Ravelord is upon you.

[Baltus @b4ltus]

@oldyzach For some people the art style of this era is soaked so deeply into our bones we could not get rid of it even if we wanted to.

[Baltus @b4ltus]

@exQUIZitely *Space Quest intensifies*

[Baltus @b4ltus]

@oldyzach It gets better the longer you look at it 😂

[Baltus @b4ltus]

@ShinuGames The Void has come.

[Baltus @b4ltus]

@dantemendes This was like our Dark Souls 😂

[大サトー学会 冬コミ新刊制作中 @DSSoc_official]

本日、ソコトラの一番熱い日PC版は無事１ターンからのゲーム終了までのプレイに漕ぎ着けました。

[Baltus @b4ltus]

@oldyzach Worked on that one (not on the dev team side though).

[Baltus @b4ltus]

@oldyzach Would have expected a Monty Python foot.

[Baltus @b4ltus]

@ShinuGames If one doesn't have on-hold projects, one ain't no game developer.

[Baltus @b4ltus]

@oldyzach Love. I could absolutely identify with an undead snarker not giving half a shit about the greater good, at that age when this game came out 😂

[Baltus @b4ltus]

@sebagamesdev Will this be available off-steam at some point?

[Baltus @b4ltus]

@oldyzach That always reminded me of Ed Catmull's old 3D animated hand from 1972..

@oldyzach Not gonna lie..
