@ArturiaOfficial, I’ve encountered a number of issues with my new AstroLab 37 (it’s not level, one knob activates/changes without being touched, a knob can’t access its full range due to weird value resets, and deleting use presets doesn’t delete underlying samples). Help? Thx!
@cathaypacific After I sent the location via AirTag, they referred me to a different airport claiming they don’t know if it’s where I can prove it is. Of course, they didn’t actually check. Or read my email. Or check the AirTag link. Or anything?
@cathaypacific I’ve contacted them. I have multiple tickets open because they don’t understand what’s happening. I contacted the airport with the case number. They replied that they need the case number. This is actually easy. Cathay is making it hard.
@cathaypacific Now that it’s the weekend, Cathay support tells me the baggage team will be available on Monday to help… because they don’t call on weekends? No offer of any compensation either? This is literally 10 min with the AirTag info to retrieve. Put on a flight and we’d be done.
@cathaypacific Maybe you can fly me to my luggage for free to pick it up since you won’t use the AirTag tracker to actually get my luggage and deliver it to me? Just a thought. I can help myself if you won’t help? #cathaypacific#badcustomerservice
@cathaypacific Here’s a thought: fly me to get my own luggage since it’s tracked and you won’t go get it and send it to me. I appreciate the customer service rep who replied to my email w a subject line of the case number to ask for the case number. Maybe read some?
@cathaypacific Is Cathay able to explore getting my luggage to me since they left it in HKG and I can see the AirTag location on the map? Might be kinder than leaving it at the airport and telling me to wait because it’s lost. That’s all I need you to explore in HK now. I can’t explore. No bag.
@cathaypacific That sounds great, if only Cathay would send someone to get my AirTag tracked luggage that they didn’t put on my flight and return it me instead of telling me it’s lost and I should wait. My current vacation is on hold while I waste time not being helped by support.
@cathaypacific I’m not sure your actual customer care isn’t impersonating. My baggage is in HKG per my AirTag, having missed its flight, but no one will get it or acknowledge my mapped location and it’s merely “lost”. I’m traveling onward and my bag will be two tickets behind and I’m to “wait”
@BestBuy BBY doesn't know about help! I just got a BBY Visa and their system screwed up and I get NO points with my day one purchases. 8 hrs on support calls with BBY and Citi, promised calls back, but no calls received, no points, and NO ONE CAN HELP because it's everyone else's problem!
@BestBuy Be careful everyone! I just got a BBY Visa and their system screwed up and I get NO points with my day one purchases. 8 hrs on support calls with BBY and Citi, promised calls back, but no calls received, no points, and NO ONE CAN HELP because it's everyone else's problem!

Krispy Kreme in Frisco, TX, closing over an hour early to avoid giving out donut day donuts. They said they’re out but said they would sell them if I drove through - and the conveyer was making them while we watched. Super family outing. Super bad form. @krispykreme
@krispykreme Not true. Store in Frisco TX closed early to avoid giving donuts. They had them made live as they refused and sold only via drive through.
@krispykreme My store in Frisco TX shut the doors early to avoid giving donuts. Said they’re were “out” as glazed donuts came off the conveyer and told me I could order them through the drive through. They lost a sale of a dozen from me, upset my kids, and wasted 45 min of our time w driving
@krispykreme Store in Frisco TX disappoints dozens of people including many kids who they wouldn’t allow into the store on donut day because they wanted to sell in the drive through instead of give a free donut (and they would have sold a dozen to us alongside).
@krispykreme Krispy Kreme in Frisco TX literally said “we’re out of donut” while donuts were coming off the conveyor. And then said they could sell them through the drive through. Avoiding free donut day. Great franchise owner? Or corporate decision?
