How sad to see that nothing has improved, wait times of 60 minutes today, same yesterday, earlier this week was 40 minutes, and last week 40 minutes and 30 minutes, all of this whilst being let down by @dyson waiting for a broken item to be fixed
@Dyson Great product whilst it works but when it breaks after being used around a hundred times that equates to a cost per use of £4 and then trying to deal with your customer service teams @AskDyson is a joke after being charged another £100 for a repair
