நீட் தேர்வு மற்றும் அதனைச் சுற்றியுள்ள முறைகேடுகளுக்கு எதிராக தில்லியில் பெருந்திரளாகப் போராடி வரும் மாணவர்கள் மீது நடத்தப்படும் வன்முறையை மத்திய அரசு உடனடியாக நிறுத்த வேண்டும்; போராடும் மாணவர்களுக்கு தமிழ்நாடு அரசு தனது ஆதரவைத் தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும் என்ற கோரிக்கையை வலியுறுத்தி இன்று காலை தலைமைச் செயலகம் முன்பு நான் குரலெழுப்பினேன்.

நீட் தேர்வு மாணவச் சமூகத்திடையே அச்சத்தையும் குழப்பத்தையும் ஏற்படுத்தியுள்ளது. அதன் விளைவாக பல மாணவர்களை நாம் இழந்திருக்கிறோம்; மேலும் இழக்கும் அபாயமும் தொடர்கிறது. இந்த நிலை மாணவர்களின் உளவியலையும் நாட்டின் எதிர்காலத்தையும் கடுமையாக பாதிக்கக்கூடியது. எனவே, தமிழ்நாடு அரசு நீட் தேர்வை முழுமையாக நீக்குவதற்கான தனது முயற்சிகளை மேலும் தீவிரப்படுத்த வேண்டும் என்பதே மக���களில் ஒருவனாக எனது கோரிக்கை.

இன்று தலைமைச் செயலகத்தில் அமைச்சர் திரு. ஆதவ் அர்ஜூனா அவர்களை மட்டுமே சந்தித்துப் பேசினேன். அந்தச் சந்திப்பில், மாணவர்கள் மீது வன்முறையை ஏவும் போக்கு ஜனநாயகத்திற்கு எதிரானது என்பதையும் பதிவு செய்தேன்.

நீட் தேர்வுக்கு எதிராக இந்தியா முழுவதும் ஜனநாயக வழியில் போராடி வரும் மாணவர்களின் போராட்டத்திற்கு எனது முழு ஆதரவைத் தெரிவித்துக்கொள்கிறேன்.

Thiru TR Baalu filed a defamation case against me for publishing the assets/companies owned by him and his family through DMK Files & he had sought ₹100 Crores in damages.

As you all know, after a certain time period in the trial, I argued my own case and personally cross-examined him, and the details of which are in the public domain.

Also, during one of the cross-examinations, Thiru TR Baalu made defamatory remarks against me without substance in the court, and I had filed a case against him in the same court for making those allegations within the court premise.

Today, Thiru TR Baalu, out of his own wishes, decided to withdraw the defamation case filed against me by him. He filed the defamation case against me; to carry it further or not was his decision & not mine.

I wish to inform all concerned that I continue to stand by every single remark that I had made against the previous DMK govt and certain members of the DMK party till now.

I wish to thank Adv. Paul Kanagaraj, Adv. Kumaraguru and all members of the BJP legal team for their support during the trial of this case.

Truth always triumphs!

ஒரு முதலமைச்சர். முதல் முறையாக ஆளுநர் உரைக்கு நன்றி தெரிவிக்கும் தீர்மானத்துக்கு பதிலளிக்கிறார். அவர் தனது உரையில் அபாண்டமான குற்றச்சாட்டுகளை சொல்லலாம். அவதூறுகளை கூட சொல்லலாம்.

ஒரு நல்ல எதிர்க்கட்சித் தலைவர், முதல்வர் பேசி முடிக்கும் வரையில் காத்திருந்து, தனது பதிலுரையில் முதல்வர் தனது உரையில் செய்த தவறுகளை சுட்டிக்காட்ட வேண்டும். உதாரணத்துக்கு முதல்வர் விஜய் “Party Fund” வழங்கப்படாது என்று சொல்லியிருந்தால், உதயநிதி பேசுகையில் ‘Party Fund’ வாங்குவதாக முதல்வர் அபாண்டமாக குற்றம் சுமத்துகிறார். அவருடைய ஆட்சிதானே ! முடிந்தால் நிரூபிக்கட்டும். இப்படி அபாண்டமாக, ஆதாரமற்ற குற்றச்சாட்டுகளை சுமத்துவது முதல்வருக்கு அழகல்ல’ என்று பேசியிருக்க வேண்டும்.

அதை விடுத்து, முதல்வர் பேசும்போதே, பண்பில்லாத கும்பல் போல கூச்சலிடுவதும், கத்துவதும் 75 ஆண்டு வரலாறு உள்ள ஒரு கட்சிக்கு அழகா ? ஆனால் இதுதான் இவர்களது அசல் குணம்.

எடப்பாடி பழனிச்சாமி முதல்வரானதை பொறுத்துக்கொள்ள முடியாமல் ஸ்டாலின் சட்டையை கிழித்துக் கொண்டு கோமாளித்தனம் செய்தது போல உதயநிதி நடந்து கொண்டு இருக்கிறார்.

நேரலை காரணமாக இவர்களின் நடத்தையெல்லாம் அம்பலமாகி கொண்டே இருக்கிறது. முற்று முழுவதுமாக மக்���ள��� விரைவில் இவர்களை நிராகரிப்பார்கள். திமுகவின் அழிவு தமிழகத்துக்கு நல்லது. அதை உதயநிதி விரைவில் செய்து முடிப்பார்.
