@cromaretail I am customer of Croma since 2012. This is the last time i have purchased from you guys. Now your service has become pathetic.

@cromaretail 2/2 They are the one who are not doing their job properly. Both of them are stretching this issue by not providing proper technician. Further, if I receive any call from your technician he said he will come but there after no response. This is happening since 19.06.2026 (1 week)

@cromaretail No you dont understand my concern. I have been mentally harassed by your service team since 19.06.2026. There is no proper communication from your side. Everytime the matter is sent to Store or the service provider here both of them are not doing their job properly. 1/2

@cromaretail Regarding this, i got to know all the services are provided by @cromaretail only. So i am not getting proper support from Croma, Patia, Bhubaneswar. After alot of efforts and 100 of calls the item which was installed is defective and after that no response from cromas side.
