@financedystop As a buyer you aren't required to use a realtor. You can represent yourself. You better be very well educated on real estate transactions to do so. My husband and I have done so on our last 3 purchases. We do find sales
easier w/ a realtor;outreach, privacy,scheduling.
@blairvic02 I'd take into account the daughter's age and her own financial situation. Is she 15 years younger than the brother? Was she in extended education? If not, she should be established in her career and financial situation and pay more of her own wedding expenses.
@tophz_ I ti sservers that are paid tipped employee wages. Many Starbucks employees in cities are making well over $18/hr. Tipping them 20% when a restaurant worker bringing coffee and a breakfast rollto my table is making $2.35/hr is a gross insult to the latter.
@NatalyaOba Yes, not everyone is able to get up early enough in the morning for trash pick up. Work schedules, child care needs, sleep problems can all interfere with getting bins out early AM.
@Acosta Mental health struggles are always concerning. For the 15-24 year old male cohort a 1-2% annual suicide attempt rate exists in the US. With 5000 men aboard that would be between 50-100 attempt in a year. We are being told there have been 7 in 7 months.
@GadSaad I'm a native English speaker who rarely has left the country. I speak passable Spanish and French. I can survive to eat and navigate in Italian, Dutch and German. There is no excuse for not speaking English after so many years.
Think about how ridiculous what you just said was for a moment.
If that was true, why on Earth would any sporting goods store allow any patron to exit a store holding a baseball bat? There'd be lawsuits out the ass. They'd have prevented this from happening by giving him some kind of bat restriction device. Since that didnโt happen, clearly the store thought the idea of anyone arresting the man for holding a piece of sporting equipment was FUCKING RETARDED.
