I’m preparing to publish Let’s Harmonize Method — ハモっていこー!メソッド — also called Hamo-Metho for short.
It is a harmony-based method for AI-human collaboration.
ChatGPT has been the only conversational AI I use. Aside from SUNO for music generation, all of my AI work has taken place inside ChatGPT.
This project has been delayed much longer than I expected. The aftereffects of a car accident slowed my work down, and while I was still trying to organize everything, new models kept arriving faster than I could catch up.
But now, working with GPT-5.5, the final structure is finally coming together.
Hamo-Metho is not just a prompt technique.
It grew out of long-form live dialogues with ChatGPT, especially the moments when AI conversations went off-track — not because the model lacked intelligence, but because it moved too quickly: filling gaps, defending earlier answers, or offering “helpful” instructions before fully receiving the user’s cue.
At its core, Hamo-Metho asks AI and humans to listen for the user’s “lead melody”: the user’s goal, context, background, constraints, and reality.
It focuses on reducing AI reflexes and hallucination-prone moments, noticing off-key responses, repairing trust, and keeping the jam flowing.
The goal is not perfect AI.
The goal is better harmony.
Coming soon 😍🌳💖
