Had boba, yogurt and much much more since im back home.
Im still home but ill be leaving at noon so im gonna try getting my steps in and go to the stairmaster too.
Ate sm already so im really scared of weighing myself but we got this!
Starting an accountability thread before my vacation
SW: 159lbs, GW: 130lbs
6/17/26-7/20/26
-Walk at least 15k steps a day
-Fasting 18 hrs a day at least
- Drink at least 3L of water
-Regular weigh ins and posting pics of food that i ate & calories

I had a muffin and half a donut: 500 cals
Quarter of chicken Parm: 300 cals
Completed 15k steps
Drank 3L water
Broke the 33hr fast but started another one.
Things I did today to correct those mistakes:
1. Brought diet soda and a monster to work
2. Portioned out my dinner and fruit already
3. Will not be smoking and instead going on a walk with my friend
Mistakes
1. Did not bring any soda/energy drinks at work. So ate a lot a work
2. Did not prep food for when I get back from work so ended up eating a bunch of bullshit
3. Ended up smoking and again (did not mentally prepare myself) so ate a bunch of other food and gained 3lbs
@whimsicalang3l i walk 1 hour before i go to work. then i walk 30 mins to the gym after work and walk back home from the gym as well. I have dinner and then walk around cleaning my room and go on another 1 hr walk. went on a 2 hr walk yesterday and hit 30k lol. loads of walks lmao
