@AccountingAsArt It needs to be under the taxpayer ID. It will either be refunded or will just sit in an account under her name and will be refunded or never applied. I have had this happen several times.

@FortWayneCPA I would say a contractor would not be paid overtime. Unless there is a contract in place that specifically addresses the overtime for the project.

@CPATaxTeam I am implementing this year. I am sending out emails this week about the changes. Not exactly sure what will happen. A little nervous however, I can't be a collector anymore.
