Trying to sign up for a vaccine slot for the Darlington Raceway event this Friday that has been opened up to phase 1b. The system on DHECs end isn't allowing 1b folks to register. The phone operators don't seem to be aware of it either. @McLeodHealth @scdhec

In reactor operations, we declare the reactor "critical" when it's technically supercritical!

Also note that being supercritical doesn't even necessarily mean that an uncontrolled reaction is happening. The amount above criticality (nuclear engineers call this reactivity) matters
