@elonmusk In third world countries focus isn’t necessarily focused on education, more on having children to help in work related task such as market stalls, farming to earn a living (survive),and they tend to have less access to protection and contraceptives.

@murpharoo Defence isn’t able to meet its recruitment goals every year, what possible incentive could they create to intice people to join. The ADF has a poor retention rate; fix the issues within first, then look at recruitment initiatives.
