@Delta can you all implement like a “don’t put me near a cat” preference on a flight? This is the 3rd time I’ve managed to sit directly behind or in front of a passenger with a cat and as someone with pretty bad cat allergies, it makes for a pretty bad flying experience

They charged me 10x more for a car seat than I was told (and the car seat wasn’t available when I arrived). There isn’t an actual person you can get on the phone.
