We’ve currently been using the 4G on our phones as Wi-Fi isn’t working. Are there known issues in my area?? (Swindon - SN2). I can understand there will always be teething issues and I know the storms haven’t helped, but these issues started before that.

It says connection to the hub is good. But when checking the services in my area, there are known issues.. but it’s been like this for days. The internet just isn’t working at all, on our phones/ tablets, and YouTube is agonisingly slow.

@SkyHelpTeam how do I cancel my sky? Been without broadband for 6 days, no one’s answering the customer service phone, no help online. Paying nearly £100 a month for sod all. If the issue isn’t resolved by Monday I’ll be switching to @virginmedia
