@etihad , I applied for a refund of my BLR-AUH-BCN ticket on March 15th. My original flight was scheduled for Feb 28th. My ticket was rescheduled twice but it was unsuccessful.
It has been more than 14 business days since my refund request. Still, there is no news about refund.

@etihad Taking 45 days after initially committing to refund in 7 to 14 days ? I can understand your difficulties in operating flights from a war zone. But, processing refunds is office work. Isn't it?

@IKEASpain I had to wait 15 minutes on the phone to get access to your agent as the web site didn't give any info if the delivery was going to happen or not.
It is a bad experience for me, not even informing me that you are not delivering today. But, wait for another week to get the order.

@IKEASpain This order was due for delivery today between 1300 and 1700. Please help arrange the delivery by Dec 31st 2024.
You need to have a priority system to deliver unfinished orders. It seems I have to join the delivery queue afresh even if you miss the delivery.
