@AmericanAir .We barely got a rental car before the office closed. Why separate the luggage of a married couple traveling together? Can you provide compensation or an airline credit for this experience?

@AmericanAir This was incredibly inconvenient since we were traveling with an older couple who are family friends and Nashville wasn’t our final stop. We had to travel from Nashville to Birmingham. And they had to go even further to Mobile once we got to Birmingham.

@AmericanAir I’m disappointed with my recent travel experience. After a long day (Grenada-Miami-Nashville), my luggage was sent on a separate flight from the flight me and my husband were on. We weren’t notified until we reached baggage claim, and the info was buried in an email.
