EOI ends tomorrow!
I’m so pleased that my latest study on hypertension-induced B cell heterogeneity and clonal diversity was so well received at #hypertensionasm2024. A lot of work by myself and members of the @LaTrobe_CVR has gone into it and we could not be happier with the outcome! @SABE_latrobe
Congratulations @b_hericka on winning the Hypertension Australia ECR oral presentation prize and the British and Irish Hypertension Society (BIHS) award, which includes an invitation to speak at BIHS in 2025 in Cambridge!! #hypertensionasm2024@SABE_latrobe
Those who know me, know that I unwind by training brazilian jiu jitsu 🥋
However, contact sports are particularly challenging for those with trauma.
On December 1st I’ll be completing 1 jiu jitsu round for every woman lost to gender-based violence. Currently that’s 59 rounds…
I will also be fundraising for the Conscious Combat Club charity whose goal is to open a dedicated safe space for women living with trauma to reclaim their body, confidence & strength through trauma-informed martial arts!
