Ready to dice up this summer.

[⚾Brendan Konal⚾ @b_konal]

Just a few nasty pitches from this past week. Still trying to find an opportunity and continuing to work.

4th live AB’s of the offseason and continuing to climb.

[⚾Brendan Konal⚾ @b_konal]

Third live AB’s of the offseason. Continuing to bring the bottom numbers up and sit in a good spot for January. Velo continuing on an incline and we aren’t stopping here.

@WhitePepperGDF Reading through the comments I realize most of you have no idea who he is. This is Darin Brooks. Absolute comedian as well as menace on the field as you can see. Makes complete sense why he played Alex Moran. Dude has game!

[⚾Brendan Konal⚾ @b_konal]

@WhitePepperGDF Blue mountain state only takes the best 🤪😏😏

[⚾Brendan Konal⚾ @b_konal]

Quick and easy 90 since I had realized my videos had no numbers on it. Videos coming soon with more metrics.

2 scoreless against the Chicago Dogs Mon. May 8th. Not the most dominant I could have been. Could have utilized my pitches better to get eyes moving around more and thrown backwards more like I’m used to, but was able to keep it quick and clean showing more comfortably.

[⚾Brendan Konal⚾ @b_konal]

Just keep throwing. Someone will see your value if you work hard enough.
