Too often schools exclude a child if they are disruptive rather than trying to understand them and find out the reasons behind the behaviour.
These exclusions unfairly affect the most vulnerable children, often pushing them into even worse situations.

Burnout is very real. As a farmer, taking time off can be hard, but not only is it important for your health, you are so much less effective when you're running on empty. Even taking 15 minutes to do something completely different or to switch off can help.
