@AmericanAir my Grandma was induced into a coma the day of this flight you can call the hospital and do a better investigation. But for you not to refund my flight due to me missing it for a serious matter is INSANE! And unethical.
@CruiseNorwegian push come to shove you should be refunded everyone due to the fact this is horrible service and things that were said would be handled was actually handled by another person ! I won't blast our specialist but if u do message me I'll tell. Smh horrible experience
@CruiseNorwegian now I've book a trip and put money down because I believed you guys were great in the customer service department. But absolutely not ! Everyone asked for hotel accommodations since February and now we see our specialist never added that. Everything is sold out
@CruiseNorwegian there are a chain of photos and evidence of everyone asking honestly the simplest questions yet somehow your staff could not answer at least one ! We just kept getting "I'll look into it" with no resolution. For starters I was booked twice !
So I haven't been on here in a minute but let me tell you do NOT book with group specialists on the Norwegian cruise line. @CruiseNorwegian about 40 of us have now canceled our trip due to the fact there was no communication !
