Did you know that since Oct 2019 the Royal Army Physical Training Corps has trained over 955 physical training instructors to support pregnant women and those returning from maternity leave?
4 months pregnant, national lockdown and serving husband deployed. 3 year old in the running buggy and off we went.
Staying active isn’t something I view as optional. It’s part of who I am and the job I do.
