@CrossCountryUK - my e-ticket for delay repay does not show a price but the receipt from the company I booked it does - you say you won’t accept this so are you saying you will only honour delay repay claims for tickets bought from cross country?
@CrossCountryUK I probably will be making a complaint especially as the coach driver just left the passengers to have to scramble around in the luggage compartment to retrieve their cases.
@CrossCountryUK There are no CrossCountry staff giving information and I am having to tell other passengers what I know so far. I know the disruptions are not your fault but the customer service is your responsibility.
@CrossCountryUK Be aware I was told after travelling from Cambridge to Peterborough that the staff there had only seen one bus all day and that I should go to Birmingham via London
@CrossCountryUK These routes are overcrowded and unsafe and as a customer i don’t have a choice to use another operator unless I travel via London. I am dreading my next journey.
@CrossCountryUK Do you have removed first class and now cannot even reserve a seat on this route - what are people supposed to do if they can’t stand and have to have a seat?
