When every other bank deferred to honourable high court order& accepted checks from signature authorized by high court order restored chairman,why is @IDFCFIRSTBank behaving differently?

As per the honourable High Court order, all the banks holding accounts of #Mansas including
#IDFCFirstBank should unfreeze the #Mansas accounts for day to day functioning without any disturbance...
But #IDFCFirstBank haven't done it.
Why?
Is it not the contempt of the court?

The request went for change on 01.07.2021 @IDFCFIRSTBank asked for clarification on 05.07.2021 and they were give same day.
