We have a long way to go.
When you transfer money from bank account to momo, your bank will take their service charge but that is not E-Levy. Doing the reverse from momo to bank account , the service charge is E-Levy. ����‍♀️

@seth_doe22 I agree with your that the charges must be justifiable. May be the reason it is capped irrespective of the amount.
The whole issue of service charges is failure from the regulators and policy largely. All our regulators react and not being proactive.

My point is abt the general backlash n seems more like it there shouldn’t be service charges. We want to use services for free.
