Oh my god @BandQ your customer service as absolutely shocking over a week i have been trying to resolve this issue and not one person is clearly trained in even adequate customer service

@BandQ had a great day waiting for you to come and pick up a return to find you’d cancelled and then couldn’t find a supervisor to discus the issue. Didn’t go to work waiting for the phone all 10 mins before arrival. So now I have to book another day off on the off! Useless!!!

Stuck @BandQ waiting for a refund but they are trying to tell me it may take them 24 beware there is an IT problem, because I’ve told them that’s not good enough, and that they took my money quick enough they are threatening to have me thrown out. Great way to treat customers 😡
