@hafsat_suleimn You need to teach the person a lesson in a God fearing way. Withdraw your 100k and recharge his phone line with 600k let him harbour the stress of converting it back to currency. At times we gat to show people we are crazier .
My coursemates and I contributed ₦1.2 million for one of our classmates who has been jobless for the past 6 years.
We raised the money to help him learn a skill or start a small business so he could get back on his feet.
Just last week, he sent his wedding invitation in the group.
The whole group went silent.
When we asked him why, he said since he now had “a little money,” he decided it was the right time to marry his girlfriend of 4 years.
We said nothing.
He sent another message:
“Guys please, I can’t do this alone. My wedding budget is ₦3.2 million. I need your support.”
They removed him from the group immediately🙄
I'm just listening to inspiration FM, the topic being discussed is DNA test in marriage.
A man called and said he trusts his wife & doesn't need a DNA.
He doubled down by saying that even if he sees a man untop of his wife, he'll assume that the man accidentally fell on his wife.
He tripled down by saying even a stadium is filled with naked men, and his wife is there, she'll not cheat on him.
I immediately lost appetite.
End.
I just read a story of an Indian married woman.
In 2024, she was caught in infidelity, but her husband and her family made peace and they continued their marriage.
In January 2026 the woman disappeared from her matrimonial home.
Her husband alerted her family and they reported to the police with a complaint of a missing person.
In February 2026, her family turned around to accuse her husband of murder. Claiming that he murdered their daughter and disposed off her body.
Police opened a murder case against the man and took him to court.
By late February, the judge sent him to prison while awaiting his trial for murder.
By March ending, the police were able to track the wife, and found her chilling in her lover's house.
Same lover that she was caught cheating with in 2024.
Let this be a reminder to men again:
A cheating woman that has been caught is a dangerous woman.
And if you forgive a woman for what she knows that she shouldn't be forgiven for, she'll punish you for it and still blame you for forgiving her.
End.
If your wife places any other man above you, her Pastor, her boss, Rev. Father, her spiritual director, colleague, whoever,
dump her immediately.
She doesn’t deserve you.
You’re the King of your home.
Let her go and be with that man she places above you.
While you get yourself a woman who places you above all men.
As a Wife, If a man flirts with you knowing you have a Husband, that is not a compliment. He is not seeing a great woman. He is seeing weak boundaries.
He is not thinking, "She is special." He is thinking, "She can be taken."
And the moment you entertain that attention, you are proving how easy it is to disrespect your Marriage.
A man who openly crosses that line does not respect your Husband, But worse than that he does not respect you either.👂🏿🤌🏿
God.
Do not talk to any man!
I made that mistake a few years ago... It ruined a very beautiful relationship for me.
There's this egbon that I really admire and respect, he came through for me at a point in my life when I was stranded. I really love him.
He'll tell me Lanre if you have any issues call me if I can't give you advice I will speak to other elders to seek directions. I thought yes! I have a confidant.
I had a personal issue and called him to express my heart, and gave him all the details. I said I don't want advice but I just needed to tell someone what I am feeling.
This Egbon called the person involved and said everything I told him even added other things. The other party (a woman) called me and said so many terrible things to me. I didn't say a word and took the shame.
Out of respect for the Egbon I didn't call him or say anything about the issue. I just blocked him and never spoke to him again.
The lesson I learnt from that situation was that - Your pain point is gist for another person.
As a young man - you're all what you have! No one is coming to save you, keep your problems to yourself.
Upon my return to Abuja, I was parked by a soldier on duty who asked where I was heading, and I mentioned FCT. He politely asked if could lift one of his colleagues to Abuja, and I said it was fine.
When I was few meters close to Giri junction, I asked the officer his route, he was heading to Zuba while I was going through Lugbe axis to the town. I told him Zuba isn’t far. Transport is around 2-300 Naira.
I asked if he was going to stop there(Zuba), or he was heading somewhere. He then told me he was going home to see for the first time after 10 months, his newly born twins. No permission was granted over the period. Sadly, he had to make the compulsory trip because his wife had called that one of the babies had died. And she urged him to come see the other twin in case he will die too.
I asked him why he didn’t leave earlier than he left. He replied that he waited with the hope that salaries will be paid, since today is second, but it wasn’t, unfortunately. How then do you intend to make it, I asked him. He showed me all the money he had on him –4,500 which wasn’t even enough to get him to his destination.
I could not help than give him 20k and I took his phone number, giving him my words that I will call to get information about the sick baby.
I want to ask a question, please 🙏🏻
Are these the soldiers we expect to lay down their lives in our protection? You’re owing soldiers, and you want them to be effective while fighting insecurity?
Sadly, this is really laughable.
Tales of a soldier on easter.
"If my wife doesn't want to allow me have sex, I'll get it from outside".
Let me tell you.
It's better for you to be the provider & your wife denies you sex.
Than for her to be feeding you, & denies you.
The former would serve as your justification to cheat.
The latter would serve as her justification to cheat.
Provision is a man's shield.
End.
If you are providing and she refuses sex, don't stress yourself.
Look for a side-chick, pay her every month for sex.
Then don't ever disturb your wife for sex again.
But continue to provide for the family and don't cause drama.
If you discovers she is cheating, send her packing.
But if she is not, the solution to a woman's headache for a man that does his Duty, is another woman.
The presence of another woman to a hard working ( husband)man often resets their brains.
Some say,
" She'll punish me at old age"...
Well, I won't allow myself to die at a young age because of konji.
I need to release my tension somewhere , make I no explode.
A lady's fiancé was brutally killed by a deadly assassin, few days to their wedding. So she was contracted by the assassin's rivals to help bring him down.
Her mission was simple:
Go into his life & win his trust. Weaken him by making him fall deeply in love with you, for at the touch of love, every man becomes a fool. Assassin or not.
This task she succeeded at. She not only won his trust, but also his heart & head. And more importantly, she also blunted his blade. Softened him. For he was the deadliest assassin of his time. And without weakening him, his rivals couldn't take him down.
But now there's a problem.
In the course of winning his trust, this lady fell madly in love with this assassin.
She was cooking, cleaning & washing for him, running errands for him till she forgot her mission & fell madly in love with him.
And now, she doesn't want him dead any longer.
In her heart, he's replaced the love of her life, the one brutally killed by this assassin.
In her defence, she said he made her feel safe. You know when the deadliest assassin is for you, no one can possibly be against you.
And now she has to work against those that want him dead.
End!
Note: The aim of this story is to make you grasp the fickleness of women nature.
A woman can hate you today, and fall madly in love with you the next day.
The lady you give the world today can fall hopelessly in love with your enemy tomorrow.
Having this in mind would make you realise why you shouldn't at any point in time put a woman's interest above yours.
Find other lessons in the story!
By age 25, you should be smart enough to realize school and a job will never make you rich.
If you're still in your 20s and 30s, focus on this in the next 10 years and you'll be wealthier than 97% of people in their 40s...
My landlord raised my office rent by 1m, I didn’t go about insulting and cursing the lawyer. Instead, I reached out to the landlord directly to negotiate it down to 500k.
Barely a week ago, my landlady’s lawyer called me they want to increase my rent, without even knowing the amount of the new rent, I spoke with the lawyer to be reasonable but I am not opposed to an increment. We communicated as gentlemen and he assured that he will speak with the landlady to either suspend the increment or reduce the amount they are planning to increase.
In life, approaches matter a lot and it takes a great deal of wisdom to get this right and when you do, it will take you far in life. Even if you are poor and can’t afford to live in a place, people can waive certain things for you. You cannot adopt a gidigbo approach and expect a baby treatment. Nobody has monopoly of madness.
The danfo I entered this evening, na fight I use am settle. I was settling fight, begging conductor and laughing at the same time.
The woman behind me was carrying a toddler. So whenever the conductor shouts “Ketu Ojota”, the boy too will mimic him like “Ketu Ojota”. Next thing, him mum shouted at him “Stop that, May you not turn conductor in your life”
Before we knew it, the conductor angrily faced her like “kilofe fa gbogbo werey yen. Me I no get life abi”. We all bursted laughing and this even vexed him the more that he asked the woman to come down at all costs. His driver kept saying “Alabi, gboju, Alabi gboju” while I was there also begging like “Alabi, ma binu” and at the same time laughing gidi gan. The bus was filled with laughter, questions and jokes about the scene. Does he want the boy to turn conductor too? Is it by force?
Throughout the journey, Alabi didn’t shook his head in the bus again. He was just angry as he hanged on while muttering loudly. I felt for him but I couldn’t help it.
Getting down at Ketu, I was still laughing. The scenario was mad mad.
