MATT THE GOAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

[Matt Paoletti @RiotK3o]

@baaz_aptor @riotgames @drewlevin @LeagueOfLegends @TFT @RiotSupport for a live TFT assistance tool, we're not (yet) at the stage to determine when it was specifically used, just the presence of it on the device. The tool actively advertises trying to get around our systems. I see you didn't opt into this - a temp ban seems fair.

[baaz @baaz_aptor]

@RiotK3o @riotgames @drewlevin @LeagueOfLegends @TFT @RiotSupport thank you matt! yeah i'll just use build websites in the future and have them up on a second monitor.

you have enabled me to play with my friends again :D

i'm very pleased that you were able help me despite frustrations with the ticketing system.

[baaz @baaz_aptor]

Hi 7 year long player, always honor 5, after spending 1k on this game I was falsely suspended for *something* for 14 days. I check back in later and I'm now permanently banned.

Please help.

@riotgames @drewlevin @LeagueOfLegends @TFT @RiotSupport

[baaz @baaz_aptor]

@RiotK3o @riotgames @drewlevin @LeagueOfLegends @TFT @RiotSupport but the thing is i never used it. what do you need to prove that i have never purchased access to a service like this? i can share bank statements etc. even look at my match history cause i didn't play very many tft games and my performance is proportional to my skill level

[baaz @baaz_aptor]

@RiotK3o @riotgames @drewlevin @LeagueOfLegends @TFT @RiotSupport i was not aware tft compass was not an approved addon, i downloaded the installer, noticed it was not free and forgot about it on my pc

that is definitely my genuine mistake for being unaware of what this addon is cause it looks like a normal tft add on

[baaz @baaz_aptor]

@riotgames @drewlevin @LeagueOfLegends @TFT @RiotSupport its funny cause i think their system is blowing up cause my ign name doesnt match the name in the tickets cause it has special characters lol

here is the a link to make sure

[baaz @baaz_aptor]

this ban stuff is so whatever, this is a game i actually care about lol https://t.co/CAxoTnEFDE

[baaz @baaz_aptor]

my tickets so far

[baaz @baaz_aptor]

it was a temporary suspension and is now permanent for *some* reason. i did not log in. screen shot from 2 months ago

[baaz @baaz_aptor]

i've already submitted 2 tickets and they got insta replied to by a bot and closed the ticket. I can not contact a human at riot support.

The last thing I was doing was playing double up with my friend. log in a few hours later and i'm now temporarily suspended.
