Very excited to announce that Alan Li is joining Baba as Founding Designer.

Alan joins us from Ramp, where he spent over 3.5 years as a Staff Product Designer. His career spans an incredible range of companies and roles, going all the way back to running his own design agency.

Anyone who knows Alan will tell you how quickly he finds opportunities to create user delight in the most mundane product interactions - and we've already seen it firsthand. Even before officially starting, he was deep in the weeds building conversational agents and pushing our thinking on the opportunity ahead.

Our goal at Baba is to create abundant case management for the most overlooked members of society, and doing that well demands understanding the underappreciated connection between healthspan and wealthspan. At Ramp, Alan spent years helping businesses save time and money. Turns out, that isn't just for enterprise.

I’m thrilled to announce Baba, The American Healthcare Company.

Baba connects older adults and their families with dedicated advocates who can coordinate their care. Our advocates are nurses and social workers who have worked at the front lines of the healthcare system for decades, and who can get folks the resources they need.

This company was born of a family tragedy and has grown to support thousands of families across every corner of the country.
