A young boy was in a tragic accident with his mother that left both of them with severe burns and crushed legs. Surgery was urgently needed at that time, but they could only raise enough for his mother’s procedure.

His injured leg has continued to cause him pain and if care isn’t taken soon, he might be handicapped. They recently saw a doctor again and surgery has been scheduled for November, in kano.

Over the last 5 months, you have thrown subs at me at intervals, interestingly without tagging me directly.

But let me provide context for those who are still in the dark regarding why you've been on heat at the mention of my name.

About 5 months ago, Tosin, the CEO of Moniepoint made disparaging claims about Nigerian talent, summarily saying, "Nigerian talent are not world class and are unemployable."

At the time he made that statement, I had personally been closing a deal with a foreign client for a software development gig with my contracted Nigerian software Devs.

I had spent almost 2m registering and incorporating my consulting startup in the U.S, retaining a lawyer, etc, apart from other expenses incurred. It was probably a coincidence that he backed off without warning, but Tosin's comment opened a wound in me because I've seen how lowly white folks think of Nigerian talent considering our recent political climate.

I came at Tosin's comments, and ultimately said, "if you want world class talent, pay world class salaries" because after getting poached by Moniepoint's recruiter, they said they couldn't pay my desired salary. This was after taking a pay cut. So how does Tosin expect to hire world class talent?

Anyway, for some reason, Fiyin, otherwise known as Rxbremen on X, took it upon himself to be a personal defendant of Tosin, making disparaging comments at my person every day.

I worked for about 5 years at Microsoft, I've worked at Andela, and at various organisations I choose not to list out.

Fiyin hasn't worked anywhere of repute, so in the first place, he doesn't understand what I meant by "world class companies looking for world class talent". And for someone who has my professional profile, saying, "that's why Moniepoint didn't hire you" isn't exactly a jab.

The highest workplace he has witnessed in is a rundown shanty called Majorie Bash College of Health Science somewhere in Aba that Alex Otti hasn't yet touched. I'm sure NUC doesn't have the name of that institution in their records.

This guy also claims to be a Financial Analyst after apparently studying Pharmacy. He has created a fake persona on Upwork, Selar, and other platforms, positioning himself to being an expert in God-knows-what.

In Wike's voice, "all fake."

He stayed in Benin almost all his life, and appears to have incurred the malaise of Okpe-D7 -- being confident while possessing nothing of consequence.

Fiyin, I don't know why you feel threatened, but saying "I'm not your mate" is assuming there should be a point of comparison.

Please find a proper job. You're in your late 20's and you still have time. Stop making enemies who don't consider you an opponent in the first place. Much love, my boy. ❤️
