This woman’s experience at a federal government hospital is painful to listen to. Sadly, many Nigerians can relate; overcrowded wards, delayed attention, lack of equipment, and people struggling to survive in silence.

Our healthcare workers deserve better. Patients deserve dignity. Nigeria deserves a functioning health system.

Until things improve, please take preventive health seriously: Drink clean water, reduce salt, avoid excessive fizzy/energy drinks, rest well, and go for regular checkups.

As @aproko_doctor always says, prevention is cheaper than treatment. Your kidneys are priceless. 🇳🇬
