@50Sense @carolynharris24 @carolinenokes I still don’t think it’s truly understood by employers and line managers. I’ve seen a OH adviser recently to be told I’m doing everything I can and I should see my GP and discuss antidepressants. I actually need a menopause specialist I’ve been waiting months!

@50Sense I’m having to go through OH I’m not settling with HRT after multiple varieties. Paid private still no resolve. Waiting to see a specialist in Manchester. MH all over the place. Considering leaving work. But going to keep fighting and pushing! Not a one size fits all. 🤦‍♀️

@50Sense Same here trying all sorts, different HRT, private route has cost me a fortune! Two company’s closed down. Waiting to see a menopause clinic. Just want to climb under the duvet! 🤦‍♀️
