Civil society particularly the youth of Aishmuqam township have done a tremendous job by contributing voluntarily for the relief and rehabilitation of Wadwan fire victims. It is a spontaneous initiative of charity started by them on their own behalf. I am really proud of my Aishmuqam youth for showing such empathy towards the needy. Allah bless you all.

I usually don’t comment on Pakistani politics. I disagree with IK on many political issues. But this is not about politics- it’s about my children’s father, his human rights & international law. For the past few years, I’ve been bullied & harassed into silence by PML-N goons, including rape threats & countless conspiracy theories. Meanwhile Twitter/ X is banned in Pakistan, PTI party members & civilian supporters have been abducted, anyone with a platform who was speaking out is now in jail & silenced, Imran Khan’s photo and name have been censored on state television (they have even redacted his image from any coverage of Pakistan’s World Cup win of 92!)
I owe it to my children to try to create some awareness about what is happening in Pakistan. Please help in any way that you can. Thank you.
