用證據鑑識的角度來研究，此信僅能以郵戳判斷 2024年2月14日(情人節) 由香港 CMC (中央郵件中心)處理，是誰寄的無人知道。

如果發貼文僅用「收到從香港寄出的...」開頭，就只是陳述一個不會成為地圖砲的客觀事實。

王必勝在這個事情上缺乏鑑證的嚴謹度與用詞的敏感度，用了"香港熱心民眾"這樣的詞成為地圖砲，引起了一些香港人的反感。

寄件者是香港民眾? 非香港民眾? 台灣人? 中國人? 政治立場? 都有可能。信件內外有多種可推斷的跡象，但都可以偽裝。人們就此無法驗證的來源忙著討論。

香港區域居住的民眾有各種立場，多數人對台灣沒有接收太多資訊，也不知道王必勝涉及香港的爭議言論。

如果硬要用"都是香港人不用分那麼細"的判斷原則，我用一個簡單的問題來提供思考：「其他地區的人用你地區內其他政治立場的人的意見或者單一糟糕的人做為單一完全代表是否合適？」

目的分析
寄這樣一封沒有威脅性的信件，目地可能只是要讓王必勝不爽影響心情及表現。
對方原則上不確定王必勝會不會公佈信件，所以目的應該不是要引戰。

但是，以後就知道王必勝可以幫忙引戰。
