3 different officers punch woman in her head at least 7 times—after she's already on ground.

This was after they shot her with taser 2 times—and slammed her down on pavement.

Police refuse to give any details on arrest citing an "ongoing investigation."

Police Chief Robert Ruth said, "We ask for the public's patience as we gather all the facts."

Despite the fact that there are at least 3 separate videos—all taken from different angles—already posted on social media.
