Mohali Police apprehends Harpinder alias Middu, resident of Naushehra Pannuan, Tarn Taran, in connection with the murder of Rana Balachauria in Mohali. The accused was arrested after an exchange of fire with the police team.

During the operation, the accused sustained injuries and was shifted to hospital. Two police personnel were also injured during the chase and are under medical treatment.
Preliminary investigation suggests the accused is involved in multiple heinous crimes. Further investigation is underway.
