@IainBrewSydney This is the response I got from Sydney Metro: the trains are travelling slightly slower due to overhead wiring maintenance occurring at various locations across the network. The work is expected to be completed by the end of the week.

@vanOnselenP Trying to toe federal political party line while trying to keep a clear conscience: will not shut schools "but I gave you the option to stay home". Question: if schools do shut, how do we ensure kids stay home? Kids usually gather at shopping malls during holidays, and hang out.
