Great meetings today with Delegate @Embry4Delegate & Senator @Willcsmithjr about a bill that will end parole fees in Maryland, as recommended for years by @FinesandFeesJC & @BrennanCenter. The bill will be heard next week in the senate, where Sen. @jillpcarter has sponsored it!
