A 17YO girl was stabbed in the back of the neck on Wood Street, Brierfield, at around 3pm today.

Armed police attended the scene and a 30YO man was arrested shortly afterwards on suspicion of attempted murder.

Lancashire Police say the victim is receiving treatment in hospital and extra patrols are being carried out in the area.

A young girl in Scotland who defended herself against migrants, only to be vilified by the media, has now been vindicated in court.

Those same migrants were found guilty of directing sexual remarks at the girls.

This is the heartbreaking story of 96-year-old Oma Toni Heeremans-de Jong, a beloved grandmother in Amsterdam’s Pijp neighborhood.
Everyone knew her.

On March 19, 2015, while walking home with her walker on the Govert Flinckstraat, she was brutally attacked from behind by Iraqi asylum seeker Vinwar 'Vino' H. He had lived in the Netherlands since 2000. He stabbed her multiple times in the back of the head. When she cursed at him, he stabbed her again in the stomach, tearing her intestines in seven places.

She managed to walk home herself, called 112, but died of her injuries three weeks later.

The attacker turned himself in an hour later with the knife still in his pocket. He said he deliberately chose a defenseless victim — preferably a child or an elderly person — to take revenge on his violent father.

He was declared insane due to severe schizophrenia and sentenced to mandatory psychiatric treatment. His residence permit was later revoked, and the court ordered his deportation to Iraq. It is unclear whether he has actually been deported.

This was pure, senseless cruelty against a vulnerable Dutch grandmother on her own street.
