@Susannah_Bryan while the expenditures did not happen under the current city manager, she was aware of the findings. My question is - why has no one been fired for the abuse in spending as opposed to (for instance) letting 1 retire in a few months?? no real action taken.
@Susannah_Bryan@BenSorensen I hope she doesn’t plan on spying on Commissioner Herbst office. She did give out the locations of all FLPD in the area years ago during the BLM protest
@FTLCityNews where are the photos showing just Commissioner Beasley-Pittman and Ben Sorensen? Why did you only post close ups of the mayor and Steve???
@Susannah_Bryan@shiramoolten@shiramoolten will the SS do some investigative reporting and ask Dean why he knowingly violated the RO, had Danny violate the RO and didn’t move to dissolve the RO before taking him back. Was it a power play to just hold the RO over his head while parading him around town?
@Susannah_Bryan@shiramoolten and ironically, you haven’t even retweeted the story, but you retweet everything else. or whatever the equivalent is since we are now X and not Twitter.
@Susannah_Bryan@shiramoolten you’ve never needed permission before to do tweet storms, you tweeted that john Herbst snubbed the city manager, when refusing to give her a hug.
@Susannah_Bryan@shiramoolten well it’s a pattern with you. you didn’t even tweet about it just like you didn’t tweet the F bomb scandal. In fact, you told me that my calling you out is the only reason why you were able to do the story on the F bomb.
@Susannah_Bryan@mannyann67 and while you’re busy, tweeting gossip, how come you haven’t tweeted one thing that I can find about fired city attorney, Alain Boileau, making the shortlist in the city Attorney search? You’ve written plenty about the bad contracts he approved.
@Susannah_Bryan@mannyann67 you fired off a statement that the commission would appoint someone. That bad intel came from a “source” who seemingly never read the charter. did you bother to look up the Fort Lauderdale charter and see what happens if there was a vacancy - oh that would require effort.
@Susannah_Bryan@mannyann67 wait- isn’t part of your job reporting facts and fact checking. You relied on gossip from someone who clearly has never read our charter and fired off an initial report that the commission got to appoint somebody to fill a vacancy, if they even was one.
@FIXFTL wait so does this mean the pickleball courts that will be on the beach are “just for residents and hotel guests” since it is listed as an “amenity”
Boy the St Regis developers having a rough time with transparency . They’re behind the removal of the historical basketball courts are telling buyers they’re getting a private beach. They are not. Then they gaslight opponents and name call concerned residents. #FortLauderdale
