My first year out of college I took a job in the middle of nowhere Pennsylvania.

At the time I thought it would be fine. Grind hard for a good company, save some money, hit Philly/NYC on the weekends.

I actually did this for full year at 22 and hated my life. Only lived for the weekends and sometimes didn’t even do anything.

I genuinely don’t know how you can be single in your 20s and choose not to live in a big city.

NYC. Chicago. Miami. LA. Austin. Boston. Whatever fits you.

Yes, it’s more expensive.

But you’re paying for the quality of life. The energy. The people (yes hotter women). The opportunities. The dating pool. Infield. Having something to do every single night.

If you’re sitting there questioning whether you should make the move:

Move to the big city. You can always leave later.

Do not waste the prime years of your life wondering what you missed.
