Dementia affects decision making, memory, perception, different symptoms hence why people need proper diagnosis you can't just say that person has dementia unless they are so advanced

@StateHouseUg There a lot of presidents suspected to have dementia or have had dementia ie Jo Biden, Trump, Mugabe and now Mseveni joins the suspecision.

Dementia is umbrella term and there like 200 plus sub types of dementia with Alzheimers as the most common affecting 85% of people.
