First time I got a chance to see Prime Minister Narendra Modi speak in person today in Mysuru.

One thing that stood out for me was -
The mutual respect on display.

Despite belonging to different political parties, DK Shivakumar was gracious and respectful throughout. After the speech, PM Modi held his hand as they walked off the stage together.

Mutual respect between leaders is something that has felt missing in Karnataka over the last few years. It was good to witness that today.
