Let the health kick begin. The last few weeks have seen me eat way too much junk! Need to clean my body and spirit now. I feel so sluggish. My body is telling me to stop. Spots 😢

Some things that help me keep my self right. As I got older the realisation kicked in. If there is negativity I politely remove my body from it. I enjoy my silence, I enjoy my noise, I enjoy the right company. I use music to lift my soul. Peace ♥✌🙏✌♥
