Composting never stopped for back2earth. By stepping away from the screens, it gave us the opportunity to catch up on our connection with the environment we work so hard to protect! We hope that growing gardens, not landfills is still a guiding principle during these tough times!

We recommend everyone to start using gloves and in the best of precaution, use sanitary wipes to clean the lid before opening it. 🚨 Additionally, the back2earth team will increase the frequency of cleaning. ⁠

🌎 We are very excited to announce the dates of our meetings with Miami government officials regarding the Coconut Grove Compost Station. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

🌎 Despite the immense community support for the Coconut Grove Compost Station, The City of Miami has decided that back2earth cannot continue to compost your food scraps there.

However, as with any democratic establishment, the community is asking for this more than ever. So we are very hopeful, The City of Miami and back2earth will come to a solution, as we have an upcoming appointment with them.
