@TheMinneapolite I’m sure the church basement version was good. But the one at Cowboy Jack’s is the best. Reasons: homemade gravy vs. cream of mushroom soup; gravy includes Guinness and mushrooms; I think there are French fried onions involved; they deep fry the tots instead of baking them on top
