Brexit was a manifestation that our political system is unfit for purpose. Radical electoral reforms are needed to oust a corrupt Government. Then rejoin EU.
I am on the side of basic humanity.
I am on the side of consensus.
I am on the side of the Israeli community, the Palestinian community, of the Jewish, Muslim and Christian communities.
This is a tragedy that affects the whole world and I say to this government, do better.

It's time to expose the defective cowboy defects & snagging inspectors sector, that masquerades as consumer champions but is unregulated, with dubious standards of competence and tries to avoid accountability. If anyone has had a poor experience please contact me.
Something really really weird is happening.
The Home Office spaffed £15.3 million on a site that was bought just 13 months ago for £6.31 million.
So the developers pocketed £9 million in just over a year.
What's the connection? Whose friends got paid?!

The most harrowing thing I learned today is in 24hrs the power for generators in Gaza hospitals will run out and incubators with premature babies will stop working.
Gov says it is debatable if this breaches Intl law. I don’t need a lawyer to tell me this is just wrong.
It's time for something new...

Brexit should have needed 60% vote in favour, says Tory Brexiteer minister.
Correct. And an honest referendum campaign.
So let’s stop this fiasco, get back our EU citizenship, and #Rejoin.

I've travelled all over England this year. Not once did have I walked through a place where English wasn't spoken.
Maybe people just pretend they can't when they spot this ghastly idiot... lest he tries to strike up a conversation with them
'I worry whether Suella Braverman is performing her job and whether she is fit for office.'
Baroness @SayeedaWarsi tells @AndrewMarr9 that the Home Secretary's language is 'deeply divisive', defining her as an 'arsonist'.
Stench of money.
Tory MP Bim Afolami to be investigated for receiving money for chairing a pressure group that lobbied Rishi Sunak.
These Tory MPs are either illiterate and don't understand the rules or are gaming the system for private gain.

"I live off £30 a month."
A Joseph Rowntree Foundation report estimates the number of people experiencing ‘destitution’, which it defines as having a very low income or having to go without basic supplies, has more than doubled in the last five years in the UK.
In the UK we need to have a serious talk about #procurement#Corruption#Transparency and how our #taxes are being spent
There are dark goings on. Why is there not more outrage about how the government and public bodies are using our money / our taxes?!!
People are suffering, destitute, dying – yet a few well connected people and companies are getting very rich of the backs of people’s suffering. Below just scratches the surface:
Why isn’t there huge outrage about what is happening to procurement in our #NHS?
Why are we talking about Palantir’s £480m contract which gives them access to our NHS data?
Why is there not more discussion and debates in Parliament about this very questionable, controversial US spy-tech firm being given the #NHS’s biggest ever contract, despite warnings from data privacy campaigners.
Palantir, owned by billionaire Donald Trump donor Peter Thiel, also won 5 other NHS deals without tender
Why has the outsourcing company Atos that runs back-office operations at NS&I and has billed the Govt/taxpayer £1.2bn since 2016, but is failing to run its customer services properly, won 10-year contract supporting digital transformation in UK hospitals
Experts continuously warned the technology Babylon Health (virtual appointments and diagnostic chatbots such as its GP at Hand), promoted as the future of the NHS by Matt Hancock was unproven and overhyped, yet they continue to win contracts. The company now faces collapse after losing almost all of its $4.2 billion valuation. Not to mention defence procurement.
@VoteTrueAndFair believes we need an urgent overhaul of public procurement. As without public procurement reform - a government’s most effective tools for sustainable public sector reform, they cannot translate public policy into tangible results for all of us.
